Eligibility & Participation

• Participants must be 21 years of age or older to enter or claim the vacation.
• By entering this raffle, participants release La Costa Organic Jewelry from all liability related to the raffle or its use.

Vacation Details

• Vacation includes a 7-day resort stay for up to four (4) guests, subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Vacation is non-cash redeemable and non-exchangeable.
• Vacation must be booked between July 1 and July 31, 2026. Failure to book during this period will result in forfeiture of the vacation.
• Vacation may be gifted to another individual, but it is non-transferable beyond the initial recipient.

Winner Notification & Responsibilities

• Winner will be selected on May 2026
• La Costa will attempt to contact the winner up to three (3) times via phone and email. If no response is received within five (5) business days, La Costa reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
• Winner must sign an agreement accepting full responsibility for any damages, additional expenses, or other costs incurred during the vacation.
• Winner is responsible for all travel-related expenses, including but not limited to: airfare, ground transportation, meals, excursions, and any additional fees.
• Winner must comply with all resort rules and regulations. La Costa Jewelry is not liable for any disputes, penalties, or issues resulting from failure to adhere to these policies.

• La Costa Jewelry is not responsible for travel disruptions, including but not limited to delays, cancellations, or changes in resort availability.
• La Costa reserves the right to disqualify any participant or winner in the case of fraud or violation of raffle rules.
• La Costa is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or legal matters that may arise before, during, or after the trip.
