Returns & Replacements
We want you to be 100% comfortable, confident, and more than satisfied with your La Costa experience! If the item purchased does not meet your expectations, please return the merchandise in its original, tagged and unused condition within 1 week of receipt for a store credit or exchange for a different item. If the exchange item is of equal or greater value, you can simply pay the difference. If you would like the same exact style, we will make a new one, especially for you, so allow 4-6 weeks for creation and delivery.
Step 1 Submit a return request to CustomerService@LaCostaOrganicJewelry.com
Step 2 Ship your unused item in original packaging with our free prepaid return label.
Step 3 Request to either replace with the same style or exchange for a different item.
Note: Returns and exchanges are limited to 3 transactions (i.e. original order -> exchange for a new item -> exchange for new item). After that point, a restocking fee of 25% will be assessed.
Please note that slight irregularities, color variations, internal inclusions, visible or otherwise, in natural gemstones are unique and individual to each piece, and should not be considered defects, but rather admired for their special qualities.
Exclusions: Used merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective though is eligible for Free Repair as detailed in our Repair Policy.
