Our Terms & Conditions outline the policies for acquiring exquisite IGI-certified lab-grown diamond jewelry, embodying our dedication to unparalleled quality, exceptional value, and ethical innovation.
Important note: mined diamonds and diamonds set on sterling silver do not qualify for Low Price Guarantee or Lifetime Warranty.
1. Low-Price Guarantee on Lab Diamond Jewelry
Discover unmatched value with our direct wholesale pricing on breathtaking lab-grown diamond creations, from personalized custom designs to iconic La Costa masterpieces. Our Low-Price Guarantee boosts your confidence with an unbeatable deal tailored just for you.
- Price Match: Find an identical IGI-certified lab-grown piece—perfectly matching 1–6 carat size, E color, VVS clarity, radiant cut, excellent polish, and set in solid gold or platinum—at a lower price from a certified U.S. fine jewelry retailer within 30 days of your quote, and we’ll match it seamlessly.
- Requirements: Submit clear proof (e.g., written quote, online listing, or dated receipt) with your request.
- Exclusions: Excludes closeout, liquidation, or going-out-of-business sales.
- Eligibility: Applies only to new, unworn items from authorized U.S. fine jewelry retailers.
2. Lifetime Warranty for Lab Diamond Jewelry
Every lab-grown diamond design, whether a bespoke custom creation or an exclusive La Costa original—radiates perfection, supported by our Lifetime Warranty for the original owner’s complete peace of mind.
- Coverage: Safeguards lab-grown diamonds set in solid gold or platinum against manufacturing defects for their entire lifespan.
- Exclusions: The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, theft, or misuse. It is also void in cases of third-party repairs or alterations, as well as fading, chipping, or color changes unless these issues are explicitly tied to a manufacturing defect.
- Inspection Requirement: Preserve eligibility with semi-annual checkups (every 6 months) by a certified U.S. fine jeweler for stone tightening, cleaning, and care, providing proof (e.g., receipt or certification) for claims.
- Void Conditions: Any alterations or repairs by unauthorized jewelers void the warranty, and it remains non-transferable, exclusive to the original owner.
3. Crystal & Sterling Silver Sample
We warmly invite you to visit La Costa Studio to try on the sample, guaranteeing a flawless fit and details that surpass your expectations. If an in-person visit isn't feasible, we happily ship the crystal & sterling silver sample with a return label, secured by a pre-approved deposit covering production costs.
- If you choose not to proceed with the diamond piece, your deposit is fully refunded upon returning the sample in pristine condition with intact tag within 5 working days.
- Should you embrace your diamond masterpiece, the sample is yours free of charge, with the deposit applied to your final payment—wear it proudly until your masterpiece arrives, then treasure it as your ideal travel companion!
