What is La Costa’s repair & warranty policy?

Your jewelry is made to be worn daily, but it is delicate. We offer Lifetime Repairs: 

• Manufacturer defects: Free 1-time repair within the first year.   

• Normal wear and tear: Free repair in the first year (you cover round-trip shipping).   

• After 1 year: Repairs at cost (usually ~$25 + $15 shipping each way). Submit a request with a photo to CustomerService@LaCostaOrganicJewelry.com  

What jewelry issues are NOT covered by warranty?

Strikes and falls that cause damage, discoloration from chemicals, makeup, perfume, or water are not covered. Proper care and storage will keep your pieces looking brilliant for years (see our Jewelry Care Guide). 

Maintenance, repair, sizing or other service performed by someone other than La Costa will void your Manufacturer Warranty. 

Can a gift recipient request a repair or exchange?

Yes, gift recipients can submit repair requests directly to CustomerService@LaCostaOrganicJewelry.com
