We will provide a rough estimate once we identify the 4-C’s: cut, clarity, color, carats, and design the sample. The final cost will be provided once you receive and approve the sample.
You will pay in two phases:
- Phase 1: $399 to commence the sample process.
- Phase 2: Payment for the diamond and gold/platinum is due once the sample is received and meets your expectations.
Orders cannot be canceled once design/production has started.
Due to the personalized nature of custom jewelry, returns or exchanges are generally not possible. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and will work with you to address any concerns about your order.
We offer a 6-month warranty on all custom pieces. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects, including issues with craftsmanship or materials. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or loss of the piece.
To maintain your warranty, we recommend having your jewelry inspected and routinely cared every six months. We strongly recommend insuring your piece through a reputable jewelry insurance provider. Insurance can provide additional protection, including coverage for loss of diamonds due to strikes, falls, or other unforeseen events.
