What is the Gold plating used for La Costa's Gold pendants?

How is the dark gray to black finish achieved?

We achieve the striking dark gray to black finish through the oxidizing process and/or by employing a touch of black rhodium. Repair Policy

What is the repair policy for La Costa Jewelry?

Our jewelry is meant to be worn daily. However, jewelry by its very nature is delicate. If you need a repair, we are here to help! All jewelry purchased within the last year is eligible for a complimentary 1-time repair for any breakage caused by a manufacturer defect. If your jewelry breaks due to normal wear and tear, we will repair it for free within the first year, but you will be responsible for round trip shipping. Repairs needed after 1 year will incur a repair charge at cost, usually in the $25 range + $15 shipping each way.

 

What are some examples of common jewelry issues not considered manufacturing defects?

Some examples include discoloration of precious metals due to exposure to chemicals, makeup, swimming pools, hot tubs, or bathing. We recommend removing your jewelry prior to taking a bath or getting into any water. Avoid direct contact with lotions, perfumes or any other chemicals. When not adorning yourself, be sure to follow our care procedures to ensure the proper care and storage for your jewelry to maintain shine and brilliance.

How can I initiate a Repair request?

Step 1: Submit a repair request along with a picture of the damaged item to CustomerService@LaCostaOrganicJewelry.com or text 561.529.1014

Step 2: Ship your damaged jewelry & email us your ship date. 9209 Crest View Circle. Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33412

Step 3: Your repair will be processed within 3 weeks.

What are the mailing instructions for returns?

Important Notes for Shipping Your Repair:

1. Enclose your Name, Address, Order Number, Phone Number and Reason for Repair.

2. Be sure to package jewelry by individually wrapping each/all components to your jewelry item (all charms, chains, stones, etc.) and enclosing in a small sturdy box and so that no further damage is caused during transit.

3. If you are coordinating shipping, please email us the carrier & tracking number, and don’t forget to insure the package for the purchase price!

The Manufacturer Warranty and Complimentary Services are exclusively available to the person who has purchased the covered product directly from La Costa or an Authorized Retail Partner. Rest assured, when you acquire a La Costa piece, you become part of an exclusive community where your satisfaction and delight are our foremost priorities.

 

What can void the Manufacturerโ€™s Warranty?

To safeguard the integrity of our manufacturer's warranty, it is imperative to entrust any maintenance, repair, sizing or other services solely to La Costa. If any other third party preforms such services on your La Costa Jewelry, it will regrettably void the warranty. We take great care in ensuring the excellence of our craftsmanship and the enduring quality of our pieces, and adhering to the guideline allows us to provide you with uncompromising support and peace of mind throughout your ownership experience.
